Project Story
Challenge & Solution
How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for VERVE Amenity Interiors.
Sfida
A multi-level amenity programme with dense millwork, branded leasing zones and stacked resident spaces needed interior documentation precise enough for fabrication coordination — without losing spatial clarity across lobby, club and rooftop lounge packages.
Soluzione
We modeled amenity interiors in Revit at LOD 300, produced eye-level presentation views for stakeholder review, and issued millwork axonometrics for leasing, coffee, club bar, game banquette and lobby planters so design intent, joinery extents and furniture layouts stay coordinated in one BIM environment.
