How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for 18 Grand Avenue.
Solution
We converted the registered point cloud into a coordinated Autodesk Revit as-built model at LOD 300 (architectural and structural), extracted high-precision 2D floor plans and sectional views, and integrated neighboring structures, vegetation and street-level assets for contextual site analysis.
