A curated cross-sector collection of BIMZ Studio work — residential estates and urban infill, multi-family Scan-to-BIM, hospitality massing, mixed-use towers, campus coordination, interior amenity documentation and MEP layouts. Selected to show modeling precision, scan fidelity and coordinated deliverables rather than a single building typology.

Project Story
Challenge & Solution
How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Selected Projects Collection.
Challenge
Clients evaluating BIM partners rarely see one asset that demonstrates range: as-built scan fidelity, clean architectural authoring, amenity millwork and systems coordination. A fragmented gallery makes it hard to judge consistency of LOD, documentation quality and sector fluency.
Solution
We assembled a professional sample set from recent residential, mixed-use, hospitality, campus and MEP assignments — pairing point-cloud captures, Revit as-builts, axonometric massing and coordination views so stakeholders can review breadth and technical standard in one portfolio entry.
