How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Metro Transit Hub — Point Cloud to BIM.

We scheduled scanning around off-peak service windows, merged over a dozen scan setups into a single coordinate system tied to the transit authority's survey control, and delivered a coordinated LOD 300 model across all station levels.
