How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Pala Casino Spa & Resort.
Herausforderung
Hospitality site conditions mixed outdoor amenity geometry with large open interior structural bays, requiring millimeter-accurate registration across dense TLS datasets without losing coordination of roofs, courtyards and steel framing.
Lösung
We registered and indexed the scans in ReCap Pro, then authored coordinated architectural as-built BIM in Revit (with ArchiCAD for specialized documentation) so spa, courtyard and structural interiors share a single spatially accurate digital twin.
