Challenge

An operating industrial plant packed with intersecting architecture, structure and process machinery required millimeter-accurate as-built documentation that could support targeted zonal maintenance without disrupting operations.

Solution

We converted 3D laser scan point clouds into a coordinated Revit as-built model at LOD 300+ (mechanical and structural focus), modeled complex MEP–structure intersections, and delivered modular zone models (Zones 3–7) for maintenance and operational planning.
