How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Centrale Emile Huet.
Solution
We converted 3D laser scan point clouds into a coordinated Revit as-built model at LOD 300+ (mechanical and structural focus), modeled complex MEP–structure intersections, and delivered modular zone models (Zones 3–7) for maintenance and operational planning.
