How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for VERVE College Station.
Challenge
A 20-floor urban-infill mixed-use programme with podium parking, stacked residential wings and extensive amenity millwork needed a single coordinated BIM environment spanning entitlement massing through detailed interior finishes — without fragmenting the model across disconnected design packages.
Solution
We authored a LOD 300 Revit model from point cloud and 2D architectural inputs, coordinated cladding, glazing and amenity millwork in Navisworks, and produced building axons plus interior amenity views so stakeholders can review massing, façade rhythm and resident amenities in one BIM deliverable.
