How we approached 1105 Lakewood.
Défi
A custom multi-level residence with a modern-traditional hybrid design required coordinated architectural modeling of steep-pitched gables, expansive window arrays, a multi-car integrated garage, intricate roof systems, exterior glazing and site topography.
Solution
We developed a full 3D architectural model in Autodesk Revit at LOD 300 for design development, progressing from conceptual to technical modeling, and produced 3D perspective renders in Enscape. A registered point cloud to BIM comparison documents the transformation from scan to coordinated model.
