The sloped, multi-terrace site made scan registration difficult across six separate buildings at different elevations, and the client needed a single consistent coordinate system across the whole site for future phases.

Solution

We combined drone photogrammetry with ground-based scans, registered every building to one shared site datum, and delivered LOD 300 models with a documented deviation check for each structure.
