Project Story
Challenge & Solution
How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Hotel Complex 1832.
Défi
A large symmetrical hospitality programme with stacked guest-room balconies, pyramidal corner towers and a formal courtyard entrance needed clear volumetric and elevation documentation without inventing survey claims beyond the authored architecture model.
Solution
We authored a coordinated Revit architecture model of the complex and produced axonometric and elevation views (front, courtyard, side and rear) so stakeholders can review massing, balcony rhythm, roof forms and ground-level public spaces in a single BIM environment.
