Two design teams needed to work on the same shared podium simultaneously without overwriting each other's changes, while keeping both towers dimensionally tied to the same scanned site conditions.
We built a single Revit project with dedicated worksets per tower and shared podium levels, validated every family placement against the source scan, and set up a shared parameter structure so both teams could work in parallel.
Workflow
The four-stage process our team followed from data capture through to handover.
We captured existing conditions across the 41,200 sq. m residential development site and registered every scan setup into a single coordinate system ahead of modeling.
Our team modeled every discipline to LOD 350, resolving routing and geometry conflicts directly against the source data before the design moved forward.
The federated model passed a full multi-discipline clash review and a deviation check against the original scan before being approved for handover.
The finished model was packaged and delivered in 12 weeks, along with supporting documentation for the project team to build from directly.
