How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for Dan Turélls Gade 18–34.
Défi
A classic urban residential block needed a comprehensive digital as-built that documented exterior façades, roof geometry and structural openings with millimeter accuracy for future renovation and maintenance — beyond what street-level manual surveys can reliably deliver.
Solution
We converted terrestrial laser scan point clouds into a coordinated Revit as-built model at LOD 300, mapped the thermal envelope and structural openings, and produced detailed elevations plus 3D axonometric views for material-condition analysis and architectural alignment.
