How we approached the scan-to-BIM workflow for JRT Residential.
Défi
A contemporary multi-unit scheme with optimized spatial planning, integrated balconies and a functional roofscape needed a single parametric source of truth for architectural and structural elements, plus a navigable sheet set for construction documentation.
Solution
We authored a coordinated LOD 300 Revit model, organized a comprehensive sheet index spanning floor plans, elevations and sections, produced dimensioned technical floor plans with room tagging and structural grid alignment, and delivered axonometric views for spatial analysis and stakeholder communication.
