- Infrastructure Mapping: Accurate representation of large-scale mechanical equipment and high-pressure piping networks integrated within the architectural shell.

- High-Fidelity Revit Model: A coordinated as-built model reflecting the current physical state of the facility across multiple zones.
- MEP & Structural Coordination: Identification and modeling of complex intersections between architectural elements and industrial machinery.
- Zonal Analysis: Modular modeling of specific zones (Zones 3–7) to facilitate targeted maintenance and operational planning.
